Repeat as needed
Choose regular intervals, a list of exact times, a one-off date or a random minute each hour. Weekday selection separates working days, weekends and the station's special programming needs.
Music and programming / AURA
Rules handle recurring content; your exceptions handle special days.
Central Planning schedules trails, station IDs, features and other prepared recordings across days and weeks. Define when content repeats, which versions alternate and how long they remain valid. The preview shows future slots, while exceptions change only a selected event or day. The same rules maintain programme commitments in live and automated programming.
SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES
Choose regular intervals, a list of exact times, a one-off date or a random minute each hour. Weekday selection separates working days, weekends and the station's special programming needs.
Add several recordings to a rule, alternating in order or in a shuffled cycle. Each slot selects one recording, so the same announcement can sound more varied throughout the day.
Set validity separately for the rule and individual recordings. A deadline defines how long a planned item can wait for a suitable transition, so an outdated message does not remain scheduled indefinitely.
For a selected date, review slots, chosen recordings and deadlines, plus warnings about unavailable files. Check the actual schedule before including the rule in everyday programme preparation.
Skip a single slot, replace its recording or omit the rule for one day. Other days continue to follow the prepared logic without needing a series of separate new rules.
Turn a schedule description into an AI proposal, review it and apply it to the form. Alongside programme items, the calendar shows individual events, advertising breaks and available music rotation.
BUILT-IN TOOLS AND AREAS
These features belong within this module and support different stages of everyday work.
Four repetition modes, days and validity, recording selection and an acceptable start deadline.
Calendar, multiple programming sources, individual and recurring events, and replacement or skipping of one slot.
A description of the desired schedule becomes a form proposal that the operator checks and saves separately.
Add three trails for the same show and set days, intervals and an end date. Check the schedule in the preview and save the rule. If a special event changes the plan, skip one slot or replace its recording while the others continue according to the prepared logic.
