Mixer for MIDI controls, faders and studio signalling

Studio buttons, faders and indicators follow your profile.

Mixer connects MIDI controls to a supported XAir mixer, Playout and phone actions. The profile defines what buttons and faders do and what feedback goes to lights or supported motorised controls. Presenters get practical physical controls for their shows, while engineering maintains the connections in one place.

Mixer control: saved profile selection, connection status and received signal levels.

SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES

What you can do.

01

Profiles for different shows

Prepare separate device and action mappings for different working situations. The control view starts a saved profile, while the editor lets you edit it and save a copy.

02

Learn mappings from real controls

Learn mode detects a MIDI button or movement, then the selected mixer parameter. Connect a fader, mute or prepared Playout command without manually copying every message.

03

Feedback to lights and motors

Mapping defines the control direction and specific MIDI output for feedback. A supported controller can receive status through lights or motorised faders according to the prepared profile.

04

VU view and alerts

Received-level monitoring covers channels and the main output. Set a channel threshold, duration and alert message to draw the operator's attention to excessive levels.

05

Phone control on physical buttons

Configure answer, hold, TALK and hang-up for two phone positions. Lights can display call status, with the phone service and studio routes already configured.

AN EVERYDAY EXAMPLE

How would this work
at your station?

An engineer prepares a studio controller profile, learns mappings and checks feedback indicators. The presenter starts the relevant profile and uses buttons and faders for agreed actions during the show, with level monitoring and prepared alerts.
