FROM THE FIELD TO VIDEO, RADIO AND THE WEB

Newsroom Agent

AI-powered news production for radio, video and digital media.

One reporter captures footage and interviews on a phone. Newsroom Agent turns that material into an edited video with narration and subtitles in 16:9 and 4:5, connecting the story with radio audio, a website article and social media posts.

FROM ONE STORY TO MULTIPLE CHANNELSVideo 16:9 + 4:5+Radio+Web+Social media

ONE REPORTER. ONE FIELD ASSIGNMENT.

Bring back the footage. Send out the whole story.

Record an event, some B-roll and interviews — on a phone or camera. In Video Newsroom, the same material becomes a finished video report, while connected tools take the story to radio, the web and social media. One reporter can complete work that would otherwise involve several separate production stages.

  1. 01

    The reporter captures the story

Use a phone or camera to capture interviews, event footage and photographs. Add the material, interviewees' names and context to Video Bundle: what happened and what the story should convey to your audience.

  2. 02

    The software produces the report

Start processing: the transcript, selected quotes, narration and edit are created within the same project. Choose the final version and export subtitled 16:9 and 4:5 video. A clean radio version with narration and interviews is created alongside the video.

  3. 03

    One story reaches multiple channels

Add the finished audio to Board, create a WordPress article, select photographs and send the video to your social accounts. Archive the raw material for future stories. You choose the outputs and the final submission.

WHERE HOURS OF ROUTINE WORK DISAPPEAR

More published content from one field assignment. The reporter can focus on the story while the software handles transcription, narration preparation, much of the editing and repetitive work across formats.

Experience from newsroom practice: preparing a comparable package of material that previously took three to four hours can be reduced to around five minutes. The time depends on the amount of footage, the computer, AI processing and the revisions required; the demo shows a concrete workflow.

FASTER PRODUCTION. MORE FINISHED CONTENT.

The reporter brings the story.
Newsroom Agent connects the production.

Video Bundle transcribes interviews, selects quotes, writes and voices narration, and assembles the edit. You determine the story and make the final selection. Alongside video production, you get AI news gathering, an editorial Board, a recording Studio, Radio Newsroom, graphics and a searchable archive.

01

Finished video from your footage

From footage and interviews to an edited, subtitled report with narration. The same story gets 16:9 and 4:5 versions without rebuilding the entire production from scratch.

02

One assignment, multiple channels

Radio audio and the story text are created alongside the video. Connected tools take you on to articles, photographs, graphics and social posts.

03

One reporter can finish more

Transcription, quote selection, narration and connected production reduce work that would otherwise be passed manually between several people and applications.

04

The newsroom keeps working between assignments

AI sources feed news into Board. The presenter records or uses an AI voice, the newsroom produces finished bulletins, and the archive keeps material for new stories.

01 / Video Bundle · Video Newsroom

Video Newsroom: from footage to an edited report

Video Newsroom in Video Bundle is the main production tool for field reporting. Add video interviews, B-roll and photographs, define the topic, and the software creates the transcript, script, narration and edit. You get an actual video ready for publication, with the option to edit every part of the story to your own standards.

  1. Add footage and context

Import material from a phone or camera, enter interviewees' names and roles, and describe the event. Interviews and B-roll have their own places, so the software knows what carries a quote and what illustrates the story.

  2. AI assembles the script, voice and timeline

Selected quotes and narration text are created from the transcript. The software generates narration and connects interviews and footage in an edit. You can change a quote, shorten a section, replace a shot or record your own narration.

  3. Create 16:9 and 4:5 video

The final render combines visuals, narration, interviews, subtitles and graphic elements. You receive the selected 16:9 and 4:5 outputs: 4:5 full fills the frame, while 4:5 safe leaves a separate lower area for text. A clean radio MP3 with narration and interviews is also created alongside the video; after export, you can add it to Board.

What your team gainsA reporter with their own footage can complete a video report without manually rewriting everything from the transcript and building every element on an empty timeline.

02 / Social video and Text → Video

Social video: a short story driven by visuals and text

Social media often calls for a concise video without a narrator: clear text messages, good footage and, where needed, an actual interview clip. Social video assembles precisely this format. Text→Video is a separate mode for starting with text and producing narration with illustrated scenes.

  1. From material to text blocks

Add footage, photographs and the story text. AI creates short text blocks and places them in the video; include interviews when they matter to the topic.

  2. Choose the pace and final look

Edit the on-screen messages, sequence, duration and framing. Social video works without narrator TTS, so text, visuals and the interviewee's original speech, when added, carry the story.

  3. Or create an illustrated Text→Video

Generate a voice, storyboard and images for individual scenes from a finished text. Replace an image or adjust a scene's duration, then export the video for subsequent publication.

What your team gainsThe same newsroom can make a narrated video report, a shorter Social video news item or an illustrated preview, depending on what the story and audience need.

03 / AI news and editorial Board

AI news: turn incoming sources into prepared copy

Another major part of the system follows information between field assignments. Email, press releases, web and RSS sources, social posts, and audio and video content arrive on Board — a shared editorial news overview. AI creates a news item from the source, keeping the original text and media alongside it.

  1. Enable the sources you follow

Connect email and attachments, field material from Telegram, websites, RSS and selected social sources. Intervals and schedules handle repetitive fetching; transcription is available for audio and video.

  2. Receive prepared news on Board

Instead of manually rewriting every press release, open a prepared headline and text on Board, with the original source and photographs attached. Refine the angle, combine several sources and set a priority or deadline.

  3. From news to voice and publication

Read the news in Studio or turn it into speech with your chosen AI voice. Use the same content to create an article, social post, AI image or graphic with a photograph and headline in HTML Studio.

What your team gainsThe newsroom receives an organised flow of topics and prepared news. Presenters and editors spend less time gathering sources and more time choosing what their audience needs to hear.

04 / Studio · recording and finished news

Studio: you read the news, the software assembles clean audio

The presenter opens a news item from Board and reads it in Studio. If they make a mistake, they repeat the section and carry on. Automatic editing assembles processed audio from the recording, and the presenter can listen to transitions, restore a section or manually refine an edit point before saving.

  1. Open a saved news item

Edit and save the text on Board, then open Studio. The news item and recording stay connected, so you do not need to organise the text, topic name and final file separately.

  2. Read in your own voice

Record the news, repeating a section when necessary. Automatic processing recognises repeated sections and prepares an edit, while the waveform shows what remains in the final audio.

  3. Save the audio and assemble a bulletin

Attach the finished audio to the news item. Then assemble several clips in News Mix with an intro, transitions and a music bed, and export a complete radio bulletin.

Review of the suggested edit: retained and removed sections remain visible for manual refinement.

What your team gainsOne person can move from prepared copy to recorded news and a finished bulletin, with much less switching between the text, recorder and editor.

05 / Radio Newsroom · audio report

Radio Newsroom: interviews and narration become a finished report

Radio Newsroom is the third main production area, dedicated to audio reports. From recorded interviews and editorial context, it creates a transcript, selects quotes, writes and generates narration, and assembles an audio timeline. The final export delivers a radio MP3.

  1. Add interviews and the story angle

Select speakers and describe what matters. For a specific topic, Prompt Studio accepts your editorial instructions and an existing transcript.

  2. Create narration and an assembled report

The software connects edited interviews with narration. Choose an AI voice or a prepared trained voice profile; you can replace the narration with your own recording.

  3. Refine and export an MP3

On the audio timeline, change the order, shorten a quote or refine a transition. The final export joins the segments into a complete MP3. Add the finished audio to Board, adapt the text for the website and continue through the connected newsroom tools.

What your team gainsRecorded interviews become a complete piece with an introduction, quotes and an ending. The reporter edits an assembled report instead of creating everything from scratch.

06 / WordPress, graphics and Social Publisher

The story continues on the web and social media

Once you finish a video or news item, you already have the text, media and a clear editorial direction. Newsroom Agent turns that story into a WordPress article and connects photographs, graphics and video exports with social accounts. You decide which outputs to publish.

  1. Create an article and choose photographs

The report text or Board news item becomes a headline, keywords and article. Choose the website, category, featured image and images within the text. The software automatically optimises larger photographs for the web during import.

  2. Create a graphic or AI image

Use a photograph, album, generated AI image or HTML Studio graphic for a post. In HTML Studio, combine a photograph with a headline, template, framing and your media outlet's logo.

  3. Publish content to selected accounts

Social Publisher brings together photographs and exported video versions. Edit the post text, select a Facebook, Instagram or YouTube account, and choose the submission mode. The result shows the outcome for each destination.

What your team gainsVideo, radio and the website use the same editorial work already completed. One story can reach several audiences without separately searching for text, photographs and finished exports for each channel.

07 / AI Assistant

Assign editorial work in everyday language

AI Assistant connects conversation with real newsroom work. It writes copy from a supplied source and, in Agent mode, uses connected tools to work with news, audio, video, the website and social accounts. You assign tasks in everyday language, within your permissions.

  1. Provide a source and a clear goal

Add documents or identify a specific news item. Define the audience, format and desired length, and request preparation only or describe precisely the action you want performed.

  2. Create content in conversation

Specify the editorial style and required output: a short radio news item, article, headline, voice or media task. Continue refining it in the same conversation without supplying the entire source again.

  3. Continue through connected tools

In Agent mode, the assistant uses connected tools and permissions to work with news and material. The system can also connect to external AI assistants via MCP. Track the task result and open the created material before further use.

What your team gainsOne conversation can connect several editorial steps. The agent works with a specific source and content, while you follow the completed task result.

08 / Shared footage archive

Archive: record once, reuse in future stories

After the finished video, raw footage can go into a shared archive. The event, people, transcript and descriptions remain attached. When you need another shot of the same location or an earlier interview, search for the content instead of opening old folders one by one.

  1. Add material to the shared archive

After video export, the system can offer to archive its sources. You can also import a folder of raw footage, add an event and distinguish interviews from B-roll.

  2. Search for content, a person or a date

Search for familiar words or describe what you need. Text and AI search, filters and previews help you choose a recording. The people catalogue connects names and appearances, and an editor confirms AI face recognition suggestions.

  3. Return a shot to the edit

Add the selected source to Video Bundle's pool and choose the part you need in the edit. The same recorded material lives on in a new report.

Recordings are found by text, event and date; the query is ready to search the archive.

What your team gainsThe newsroom makes better use of what it has already produced and relies less on manually searching old folders.

FOR YOUR NEWSROOM'S SIZE

A smaller team.
A wider range of possibilities.

In the field, the story, question and recording matter most. Back at the newsroom, transcription, quote selection, writing, narration recording, editing, subtitling and preparation of multiple posts often follow. Newsroom Agent connects these tasks, allowing the same person to turn their own material into finished content for several channels.

A reporter can prepare the story and interviews, a presenter record the text, a website editor refine the article, and a video producer continue with the footage. When one person does everything, they use the same connections between tools. When several people are involved, a shared Board, user access and availability of media folders on individual computers are agreed during setup. Team tasks, deadlines, statuses and user permissions help track who takes the next step.

AI creates the transcript, text, narration and edit; the reporter decides what the story says and what to publish. In a smaller team, this means less manual work between different roles. In a larger newsroom, the same connected system organises material handover and frees people for more field reporting, research and new topics.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Questions from real newsrooms.

A clear overview of what the system does and how it fits your workflow.

What can I make from phone footage?

Add video interviews, footage and photographs to Video Newsroom and describe the context. The software transcribes speech, prepares quotes and narration, and assembles the edit. Export subtitled video in 16:9 and 4:5, while the same story continues to radio audio, the website, social media and the archive.

Is Newsroom Agent just a preparation tool, or does it produce finished content?

It produces actual outputs: edited video, narration, a radio MP3, article text, graphics and social posts. The workflow includes your choices, and the final render or submission produces the finished file or post. You can edit the connected content before completion.

Can one person finish an entire story for several channels?

Yes. A reporter who records interviews and footage can complete the video, radio audio, article and social preparation in the same system. Automated processing and transfer of already prepared content reduce the need to work on the same material manually in several separate tools.

How long does it take to produce a report?

For simpler stories, processing can take minutes, but the time is not the same for every set of material. The number and length of recordings, the computer, AI processing, the number of exports and the extent of revisions all affect completion. In the demo, we show the actual workflow and result using a concrete example.

What is the difference between Video Newsroom, Social video and Text→Video?

Video Newsroom creates a report with interviews, narration and B-roll. Social video uses text blocks, visuals and optional interviews, without narrator TTS. Text→Video starts from text and combines generated speech, a storyboard and illustrated scenes.

What do AI news and Board do?

Connected sources bring content from email, the web, RSS, social media and recordings. AI prepares news, and Board gathers it with the originals and photographs. The editor sets priorities and continues towards recording, AI voice, finished radio bulletins, the website or social posts.

What is the separate Radio Newsroom for?

Radio Newsroom creates audio reports from recorded interviews and your editorial context. The software prepares quotes and narration, assembles an audio timeline and exports the final MP3. It is a dedicated route for a radio story that does not need video.

Can we use our own presenters and voices?

Yes. You can record news in Studio and replace a report's narration with your own recording. For AI narration, choose a voice or a pre-prepared trained voice profile. The specific choice and voice service are agreed during setup.

Is everything published automatically?

The software can automatically fetch and process sources and produce the media outputs you initiate. You choose what to send to each channel. Web and social tools include steps for drafts, public publication and other modes supported by each destination; a connected AI agent can perform actions you assign within its permissions.

Which websites and social networks can I connect?

Website integration uses WordPress. Send photographs, links and video to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube according to supported post types and account permissions. We connect your newsroom's accounts and destinations during setup.

Can we reuse old recordings?

Yes. The archive stores raw recordings linked to an event, descriptions and people. Find material using words or a description of the content, preview it and return it to Video Bundle for a new edit.

Can several people use shared content?

A shared Board, archive, tasks and user permissions connect the newsroom. During setup, we agree on computers, storage and access so editors can work with the same news and media.

How does Newsroom Agent differ from AURA AI Playout?

Newsroom Agent produces and publishes editorial content: video, audio, text and graphics. AURA AI Playout organises and plays out radio programming, including AI presenters. During the demo, we can bring together your production and broadcasting needs.

A DEMO TAILORED TO YOUR WORK

Let us show the whole process using your footage

The most useful demo starts with the kind of material your newsroom brings back from the field: a few shots, interviews and photographs. We use it to show how the script, narration, subtitled video, audio and article are created. You immediately see the finished result and which steps the software can handle.

Together, we establish where the material comes from, who reviews it, the sound and look you want, and the channels it should reach. A radio station that already has a website has different priorities from a website just introducing video. For a newsroom with extensive original footage, archiving and reuse can bring extra value.

Our discussion covers the number of workstations, shared storage, available accounts and AI services you want to use. This clarifies the proposed scope and how it fits your infrastructure. First, we demonstrate a useful workflow, then work out implementation and support for the people who will use it every day.

YOUR STORY. YOUR WAY OF WORKING.

Bring your footage. See the finished report.

Book a demo using an example from your newsroom. We will show the path from interviews and footage to edited video, radio audio, an article and social posts.
