Analyzer for music programming and repetition

Check what your music format actually delivers on air.

Analyzer turns song history into an overview of repetition, artists, duration and shares. Select a date range and daypart, review the rankings and open individual plays from the overall result. This helps the music editor compare the intended format with recorded programming and prepare the next rule changes.

Analyzer in its actual window: song rankings, plays, representation and total duration.

SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES

What you can do.

01

Song rankings

Each song gets a single row with its play count and total duration. Spot the most frequent titles without manually counting every occurrence in history.

02

Artist overview

Change the grouping to total songs with the same recorded artist name. Quickly see who dominates the programme and open their titles and individual play details.

03

Daytime and overnight programming

Set the boundaries of the overnight period, then review daytime and overnight songs separately. Comparable selections help check whether each daypart follows the intended musical direction.

04

Summary of the entire selection

Cards show play counts, distinct songs and artists, and total duration. A short ranking of leading titles gains the context of all available music records.

05

From results to detail

Double-click to reach the records behind a number. Check a particular song's dates and times or drill into an artist before deciding they are overrepresented.
